We accept returns/exchanges within 2 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

• Jewellery: must be unworn and returned with original packaging
• Clothing: must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
• Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect

Since our products are handcrafted, minor variations in design, embroidery, or finish may occur between pieces
